Jennifer Collesano

Ms. Collesano has lectured on topics ranging from business formation, government contracts, economic development opportunities for small and minority-owned firms, commercial contracting and offshore incorporation. She serves or has served on several company boards, including Resilience Technology Corporation (cybersecurity), Propagenix, Inc. (biotech), Fairwinds of Annapolis Condominium Association Board Member, and has worked with the Chesapeake Regional Tech Council and other non-profit organizations as an advisory board member, committee leader and volunteer. Jennifer is recognized as a dedicated and honest professional, a creative problem-solver, and effective communicator and leader. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and holds degrees from Cornell University and University of Maryland, College Park. She is licensed to practice law in New York, Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. She enjoys outdoor sports (sailing, hiking, skiing, running, tennis), adores horses and dogs, and is an excellent cook.
