Jennifer currently works with several clients starting new businesses and taking their creative energies into entrepreneurial ventures. She provides advice to help structure companies, take on partners, craft contracts to protect her clients’ rights to get paid and avoid litigation, and identify business opportunities. She also presently litigates numerous claims on behalf of individuals protecting their rights in real estate transactions.
*Assisting a closely-held life sciences company work through early stage challenges, identifying partner and marketing programs, and implementing strategic and tactical goals to grow revenues to get to next phase financing.
*Prosecuting claims for several real estate transactions where the principal parties could not resolve their differences out of court.
*Advising several individuals in their transition from working for corporations to starting their own businesses.
